Shipping Policy

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

UK Delivery

• Orders are sent via a trusted tracked courier or Royal Mail.
• Estimated delivery time is 2–5 working days after dispatch.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• We currently only ship to UK mainland addresses only.

Order Tracking
Where available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays
While we do our best to deliver your order on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your delivery address is submitted in full including building number and postcode and is correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect address details.
